Send Free SMS From Gmail | New Service From Gmail
Good news for Gmail users, now Gmail users can send SMS to any mobile
number from chat window absolutely free of cost. To use this service
you have to add mobile number in the address book of Gmail to which you
want to send SMS. After that you can send free SMS
to any mobile number by just using chat window. If you get any reply
from that number it will be directly visible to you in chat window. Till
yet Google hasn’t informed about this service officially, but this
option has been started to appear in chat window of many users.
50 SMS Credit To Everyone
Every Gmail user will get a credit of 50 SMS in starting. After
sending 1 message 1 credit will be deducted from this 50 credits. If you
get reply from the same number on which you have send SMS, then you
will get an additional benefit of 5 credits, which will be added to your
account. Google has started this service with cellular operators. Means
these companies will share revenue of the sent SMS from their network
by these numbers with Google.
SMS Credit Can Be Increase From Own Mobile
It has been written in Google’s chat help portal that you can send
SMS from chat window to your own mobile number and also can reply
several times to that. For every SMS you will get 5 credits, means it is
the method to buy the credits for this service by paying your own
network operator. Interesting thing is that on one time maximum of 50
credits can be stored in users account. Means if you reply back on that
number after your credit is filled to 50 credits, then you will not get
more credits. If you send 50 SMS and you will get no reply then your
account be will be empty. But Google says that your credit will be
increased again in 24 hrs.
